Traditional patterns from the Sacred Valley of the Incas

Our canvas are woven in Peru, where each village has its own pattern. The patterns we have chosen come from villages around Chinchero, Chivay and Titicaca.

Artisanal craftmanship

10248KM is the distance from Peru to France. In our opinion, a powerful social commitment starts with an environmental commitment. That’s why we have decided to produce this collection in a familial workshop in Fafe, Portugal, 9200KM closer to where we sell them. Except for the Inca pattern, all the materials of our Altiplano sneakers will be sourced by hand in Europe. Less air freight for a lower carbon footprint. The company we are working with and the entire sneakers industry in Portugal is known worldwide for its expertise and its quality. Moreover, to avoid industrial waste and overconsumption, our Altiplano, as all of our other sneakers collections, are launched through pre-orders to improve sales forecasts and avoid unnecessary stocks.

We are in collaboration with the NGO Los Chicos de Cusco that supports four schools in poor villages around Cusco in Peru. For each pair of sneakers that you buy, we donate one euro. This represents the cost to send one pupil to school for a day, including the teacher's salary, school supplies and uniforms. It represents between 15 and 20% of our benefits.
